Cloud Storage & Software as a Service
Real File runs on the Amazon cloud which is highly reliable and redundant. Documents are encrypted and protected with SSL, the same technology that protects credit cards. Cloud storage grows with your business which means you will never run out of space or bandwidth. Even better, we take care of the software and management while you take care of business.Real File Web Client
Real File gives you the power to work from a web browser. Access files from any browser with the web client. Manage user accounts and give employees or customers access to specific folders or files. Setup read, write or edit access for user accounts to keep files safe.Server Sync
Real File is a powerful tool for continuous backups and cloud storage for your files. Many companies prefer to use Real File for those advantages but also want to keep files in their possession. Real File syncs with your server and mirrors any changes that happen on the server, from the desktop app or web client. This approach keeps files safe while giving your company easy access to files and peace of mind that you still have an on site copy.Work Naturally with Real File Apps
Most document management systems replicate files on every device which defeats the purpose of having them stored on the cloud. Real File sync apps use a virtual view of files meaning you view your entire file system but only use space when you download a file. Not only that, every time a document is saved a new version is made and meta data allows you to search and locate documents with ease.Take Your Files Anywhere with the Mobile Sync App
Access files from your phone or tablet without taking up space on each device. Preview or download files to your phone or tablet. You can even edit file properties. Make your office mobile eccentric and move into the future with Real File.Enhance the Way You Work
Real File integrates with file explorer which allows you to work like you always have. In addition to your existing options, Real File adds menus for sharing, meta data, comments, versions and searching. The integration is so natural, it takes little to no training to use but the benefits are tremendous.Text & Email File or Folder Sharing
Sharing files has never been easier. Real File adds functionality directly to your windows explorer. Simply right click to share a file via email or text message. A secure link is sent and that file is available without any login. It couldn't be easier to send large files to coworkers or customers.Website Integration
Real File integrates seamlessly with your website or intranet. This means you can manage files in Real File and automatically display them on your website without touching your website admin.Transfer Large Documents
Mass upload documents of any size within seconds. No more zip files or email limits. Grant access to the people that need the file or simply email them a link to download. If you need files for them, create a folder and send it to them. They can securely upload files of any size.Reference: https://www.rtsolutions.com/features-benefits-of-document-management.aspx
2. Cloud Computing ( Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox)
Dropbox
The main purpose of Dropbox is to hold files, plain and simple. You can make a folder and share it with your friends or coworkers and anyone that “drops” files into this folder instantly shares them with everyone. As far as organization goes, Dropbox was not designed to be an intricate, organized service. You could manually make Dropbox to be organized and more like Evernote and perhaps even make Evernote more like Dropbox if you so desired. But these services were designed for certain uses and it’s a lot more efficient, as well as a lot easier, if you simply use them the way they were designed.
Dropbox should be used for video, music or any necessary large files as Evernote has file restrictions that extremely limit the size of files that can be used. Large files for projects such as Adobe Photoshop PSD files are perfect for storing in Dropbox. Dropbox also has a great backup feature which allows you to revert a file to its previous state for a period of up to 30 days (or indefinitely with Dropbox Packrat feature). This can be useful in case you messed something up or in case the file gets damaged in any way.
Evernote

Evernote is not just for notes as the name seems to imply. While the main aspect of the service is to deal with text and photos, there are many other useful features that should be examined and used if they can help you in your business.
One feature that I find useful is the ability to attach files to your notes. Evernote is organization at its best with the use of notebooks and even tags instead of endless and sometimes confusing directories which can make it hard to find certain files or documents. Evernote does have a great search feature, so if you have a lot of files and documents stored, they can be easily found by a simple search.
Evernote is mainly used for notes and communications and should be used for small files; larger files should be kept in Dropbox. Another great feature of Evernote is voice recordings. This can be useful for many different projects when audio would be better than text.
Google Drive (and Google Docs)
Google Drive has the ability to allow several (or many) different people get together and collaborate on a specific project in real-time. This is an extremely useful feature as a document can be edited by several different people simultaneously and each user can give their thoughts and input on each aspect of the project as it is developed. Important documents such as PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets can also be edited in the cloud by anyone that has access to the Google Drive account, which can make it easier to keep up with company projects, bills or other important documents. There is also the ability to integrate the Google ecosystem such as Gmail and Google Apps to keep everything stored in Google accessible from one area.
